Patagonia

Patagonia has become a key player in the testing and promotion of the surfboard recycling program. Patagonia is an industry leader in the production of outdoor apparel while maintaining environmentally conscious practices. Patagonia believes in using business to inspire solutions to the environmental crisis. The retail store located in Cardiff by the Sea is currently the most active drop-off location for Rerip's recycling program. Patagonia continuously promotes the board program and the message. Patagonia's generous participation in our board program will help ensure that as the program grows, we reach our goal of creating surf board drop points in multiple shops throughout Southern California. Our local relationship will also help the program grow both communally as well as on a corporate scale.

Sanuk

Sanuk Sandals has supported Rerip by offering product at events, for volunteers and by link exchange. They are becoming more eco aware by bagging their sandals in compostable bags and making more shoes from sustaninable materials.

Malama Composites

Malama Composites has been a key player in the past three "Future of Surfing" events. The company is a leader in the sustainable foam industry. This partnership has not only helped Rerip create relationships and connections, Malama Composites has also provided research and stratagies vital to the core values and mission of Reprip. Formerly Biofoam, Malama Composites uses plant-based ingredients in the production or surf blanks, and is constantly pushing the envelope to minimize their "carbon footprint."

Wade Koniakowsky

Wade Koniakowsky, a local and well known surf artist, has been involved in all of Rerip's fundraising events, including the past three "Future of Surfing" fundraisers. Through donations of his time and his widely recognized art, he has helped the company meet and exceed it's fundraising goals! In addition, the ReWave project is Wade's brainchild:he will serve as creative director for the project and has created renderings of the sculpture for pormotional use.

Surfrider Foundation

For the past two years, Rerip has played a role in the Surfrider Foundation's annual "Paddle for Clean Water" fundraising event in San Diego. As the surfboard program continues to grow, Rerip will rely on this vital relationship to help spread the word and promote creadibility for the program. The Surfrider Foundation has a global presence and is known worldwide as a leader in advocating for clean oceans and the preservation of beaches. Jim Moriarity, Surfrider Foundation CEO and local resident, has been a supporter of Rerip.com since conception and continues to promote the company and its efforts.
